Project  description : A  software framework  to manage  Free Software
activities  in a local  area community.  Including events,  people and
general   project   management    around   the   promotion   of   Free
Software. Belgium will be the first case.

There is already a mailing-list and some existing disparate source code.

The purpose of the savannah project is to have an unified access to software 
development, change request and document definition.

The purpose is of this project is to make a viable software solution for 
Belgium (not so easy). Afterwards, we can make a generic version.
