The change to @nongnu.org was planned since a long time and as nothing
to do with the yesterday trouble (related to the phone company that bring
to gnu network connectivity).

Usage of mail.freesoftware.fsf.org is deprecated : this name is too
long and too much confusing.
nongnu.org is fine for everybody at GNU concerned by those matters, so
it will stay.

BTW, for existing mail.freesoftware.fsf.org, we will maintain aliases.
