yourselve. You should ask the projects admins to add you in
their developer list.

For ToPAS (http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/topas)  
I use:    
  
rsync -zavessh --delete --ignore-errors    
sv.gnu.org:/cvsroot/ /home/savannah/cvsroot/    
    
This gives a lot of errors like:    
opendir(totteur): Permission denied   
opendir(trillium): Permission denied   
 
If ToPAS is to help these projects against software 
patents then I need the read permission.
