I don't know what you mean.  The length doesn't matter 
(except the shorter the passphrase the 'easier' it is to 
crack it) if you are using rsa1.

I have changed it.
I was already using the -t rsa1.
What i did now was to use a smaller passphrase.
How long should it be to be considered rsa 1?

i have used xxxxxxxxx 9 characters long.
