A package was submitted to savannah.nongnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Jerome Alet <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: livecut
System name: livecut
Type: non-GNU
Description:
The livecut project is a GPLed helper for people who have to synchronise
audio/video streams with slides, text events, and so on.
It features a simple GUI with one button per event type, and generates a
timeline file with the events and the time at which they happened.
The person watch or hears the streams, and mark events by clicking on buttons,
then at the end he can reuse his timeline file in whatever way he see fits,
e.g. convert it to the SMIL format for example.
Future plans : include a possibility to trigger the launch of external commands
(e.g. a video encoder) when clicking on livecut\'s buttons.
Preversion available from http://cortex.unice.fr/~jerome/livecut-0.2.tar.gz but
GPL license file currently not included.
Other Software Required:
Python, wxPython
Other Comments:
I\'d want a CVS access for this project
