Description:
This project is a simple and fast european currencies converter.
It consist in a command line program named \'coeur\', written in C, and a 
simple graphic interface, written in Python/Gtk.
The project in in version 0.2, but is usable.

On the first execution, coeur detect locale, and auto configure it to work in 
the money of the locale.
After, coeur convert by default from/to locale to/from euro.

Current Features :
- Convert from euro to locale currency by default
- Convert multiple sums easy

Missing Features :
- Internationalization of help, man and messages.

Future Features :
Add other currencies in home directory.
Synchronize by internet and other currencies.

Other Software Required:
of course libc, and python for the front-end program
