Hi,
Please register your project again, giving a few more technical details on
your plans (half a page will do). Also, please do not register it as a GNU
project yet, since you still do not have any code to be evaluated for the GNU
project. Your porject can start as a non-GNU project and later on you can
apply to make it part of GNU.
