I would remove the link from <http://subversions.gnu.org/> to
<http://subversions.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/#dirlist>, since the
latter location doesn't work.

There is already a way to easily find the CVS repository for project
FOO, if you know what FOO is, but I keep forgetting it.  Can you
please just describe the method on <http://subversions.gnu.org/>?  The
index generates a web page that is way too long anyway, so I'd rather
just have a reminder of how to get from (say) the string "gnulib" to
the URL <http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/gnulib/>, than have
to wait for the index-to-all-projects be generated.
