Package: QDBM: Quick DataBase Manager
System name: qdbm
Type: GNU
Description:
QDBM is a library of routines for managing a database.
QDBM is developed referring to GDBM for the purpose of the following three
points: higher processing speed, smaller size of a database file, and simpler
API. They have been achieved. Moreover, the following three restrictions of
traditional DBM: a process can handle only one database, the size of a key and
a value is bounded, a database file is sparse, are cleared.
The project page of QDBM is http://qdbm.sourceforge.net/
A source tar ball of the latest version is
http://qdbm.sourceforge.net/qdbm-1.4.11.tar.gz
This is the second try to registration.
- I changed the file `COPYING\' to the verbatim file of GPL2.
- I put copyright notices and copying permission statements
at the beginning of every source-code file.
