I think you should subscribe the lists hosted on savannah, so they
will get any mails sent to the original lists. And then only advertise
for the list hosted on Savannah.

Or even better, if it's possible technically, shutdown the original
mailing-list and making  address@hidden redirected to the
savannah hosted lists.

Mailman will permit you to subscribe users to a list (or incitate them
to subscribe).
