Hum, this is a bug. 
 
Stéphane, can you take a look at it (cannot do it today).

The login page shows an option when the account is 
disabled due to pending confirmation, that allows the 
user to request a new confirmation mail. Such option 
points to  
https://savannah.nongnu.org/account/pending-resend.php?form_user=<?php%20print%20$form_loginname;%20?>
 
instead of  
https://savannah.nongnu.org/account/pending-resend.php?form_user= 
followed by the concrete login name. 
 
Unfortunately, I still don't receive the confirmation 
email, even after retried it twice, but I'll wait before 
submitting a support request.
