Something on savannah is adding the "Error - Not Found" to the To
line, which causes to reject the message.'s MTAs
require valid email messages.

Here's a recent To header for a message for bug-gnustep:

  To: Error - Not Found,address@hidden

And the full error message:

F=<address@hidden> rejected after DATA: missing or malformed local part 
(expected word or "<"): failing address in "To" header is: Error - Not Found
