Hum, according to the documentation, files should be fetched directly
where they are at /subversions/savannah/dumps

list.xml exists on the server at
/subversions/savannah/dumps
Anyway, I added some symlinks (for each xml file) in ~xmlbase
Note:
I know why when a project pass from non-GNU to GNU info are not
correctly updated. I'll fix it.
