Description:
A PERL script to download/synchronize from REMOTE CVS repository for users 
behind Firewall and Proxy.
CVS cannot be used if 22, 2401 and 443 ports are blocked. Using the ViewCVS Web 
front end, this script downloads the files.
It uses GNU Wget for the actual remote file download. There are other tools 
written in JAVA (like CVSgrab), they are prone to errors.

Some features/dependencies:
1. Uses PERL
2. Uses GNU Wget
3. Downloads the CVS using ViewCVS front end
4. Synchronizes using revision numbers (not time stamp)
5. Handles deletion of files on remote CVS (part of sync)
6. Quite modular, easy to maintain

Other Software Required:
1. PERL (tested on 5.8)
2. GNU Wget
