Description:
I am looking to making myown sort of OS. The OS will be completely free, and 
will support Windows applications as well as Mac and Linux/Unix applications. I 
have no code yet. I am hoping to build the base (My terms for boot-up, and load 
of drivers, OS core, etc.) in C/C+/C++/C#, and making the OS itself from VB 
.Net or more preferably VB6. Features to be discussed.

Other Software Required:
VB drivers, C/C+/C++/C# drivers (if they are required, but I don't think 
so...), basic OCX controls

Other Comments:
Should not require an OS to run, because it will be an OS.
