[Savannah-hackers] Invoking log_accum for Emacs

I don't have a real net connection here for the next two weeks.
Can you change the code that invokes log_accum, replacing this
line

^emacs /usr/local/bin/log_accum -T emacs -C -m address@hidden address@hidden  
-s %{sVv}

with these two?

^emacs /usr/local/bin/log_accum -r RC -T emacs -C -m address@hidden 
address@hidden  -s %{sVv}
^emacs /usr/local/bin/log_accum -r "" -T emacs -C -m address@hidden 
address@hidden  -s %{sVv}

Please create the lists emacs-commit-rc and emacs-diffs-rc as
independent lists, but initially with the same contents as the lists
emacs-commit and emacs-diffs have.

Then please make a test commit in the trunk, and a different test
commit in RC, and another test commit in some other branch (whichever
one you like).

If things are working right, we should see the first test commit
on emacs-diffs, the second on emacs-diffs-rc, and the third in neither
place.

Please ack when this is done.
