Description:
lpar manager is ( or will be soon [ i hope ] ) a set of daemon and tools to 
manipulate User Mode Linux logical partition .



Project parts:



lpard - a daemon that start , stop and control lpar's 

lpar - a cli tool that interface with lpard to admin lpar's



Project is in a very alpha phase , same code will be insert soon when it reaces 
a minimal stage of usability.
