Hi,

Since more than 20 days, we have some mailing-list for some projects
that stopped working (address@hidden, address@hidden,
address@hidden ...)

Even worse, someone got his webpage not synchronized with his CVS
since August the 7th.

We are not able to fix their problem neither to help the sysadmins
people that seems to be lacking manpower.

This is very concerning to see our users wondering what is happening
without being able to even provide them a timeline for their problem
to be fixed.

At this point we really need more information. I'm sure that savannah
hackers can help to the administration of the others servers -- if
there's appropriate documentation. If the problem is manpower, we can
help and we would really like to help because we spend much time on
savannah to provide something useful and it's really pityful to let
these problems mauling the savannah quality of service.
If it's not a manpower problem, please keep us informed.

The only information I receive comes usually from the very active Paul
Fischer. He seems now to have less time and I'm afraid to say that we
no longer, unfortunately, can count on address@hidden to get
problems, outside savannah but affecting savannah, fixed -- that's why
now I would like us to be capable to fix ourselves the issues that
damage savannah.

Please, do not take anything personally, I know what it is when you're
busy to very important things and you have to do less important tasks,
but now I think this situation must come to an end for the sake of our
users.

Regards;
