 This is a work in progress: the support tracker will be 
replaced by an extension of the bug tracker to all 
trackers.

Whenever I get a support request I invariably have to

go back and ask the user what version of the tool they

were using and on what kind of system they were running.



The bug tracker has the ability to have extra dropdown

fields for version, platform, etc.: we really need

those things in the support tracker as well!  Maybe

having them there would remind people to provide that

information.
