This tracker will be replaced by an extension of the bug 
tracker which permits you to use such a box. 
 
So the problem will be over soon.

When you submit a patch there is no way to attach a

comment that goes along with the patch.



It is possible to add a comment afterwards but it is

nicer to add it at the same time the patch is submitted

besides some people might not do it at all leaving

undocumented patches.
