Sorry, the SFTP access on Savannah is tightly controlled and

it seems that WinSCP has some trouble going through the

control script.



Meanwhile I suggest you try the command-line 'pscp.exe' tool

from PuTTY :

After authentifycation it closes the connection with:

"Error skipping startup message. Maybe your shell is

incompatible with the app":

Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command

exit status 1.
