[Savannah-hackers] mail list creation

I was trying to add a mailing list for my project TONG
(username swerk) and, on the "add a mailing list"
page, got this in a tidy red box below the page's main
form:


Warning: savannah was not able to read
"mail/about_list_creation" site-specific information,
please contact administrators [#1];


I tried submitting anyway (dumb, I know) and got this:

I know Savannah's been undergoing some changes and
updates recently, and there's definitely no rush on
this mailing list of mine, just thought I'd let you
know what happened.  (You know, since the first error
suggested I do just that ;^)
