Weekly savannah status update.

* Installed a new UPS unit at GlobalNAPS to augment the failed UPS,
  which was the cause of the outage of savannah, www, and ftp this
  past Wednesday.

* Investigated and confirmed a bug report in viewcvs's rlog handling.

* Discussed options with Sylvain for implementing the TODO item:

    * Create a web interface to manage Download areas for nongnu
      projects

* Started discussions with Tim Perdue on transitioning to GForge

For the rest of this week, we'll be working on implementing:

    * Real-time CVS to www.gnu.org synchronization
