This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Alvaro <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: networked multiplayer game collection
System name: netmgc
Type: non-GNU
Description:
The project is written in plain C and depends on the following libraries:
- SDL
- SDL_net
- zlib
The project aims to produce a self-contained executable which does not depend
on auxiliary files for resources (graphics, SFX). (Rule: No installation
necessary)
It will be tested on Linux based OSes (including Zaurus PDAs) and MacOS X.
A basic framework is developed and included in the project to facilitate the
creation of networked 2D multiplayer games. The first application of the
framework is a terribly addictive tank-game.
