For a while, we ignored project submission notifications, and it is a serious communication hole at Savannah - even if I am the first guilty guy here.

Hence, I suggest we manually send this canned reply when we receive notifications.

We acknowledge your project creation request.

However, we currently cannot accept new projects, due to structural
changes on Savannah. While we do not have an ETA of when it will be
possible again, we will notify you as soon as projects approval will be ready again.

If time does matter, we suggest you visit, that is sponsored by the FSF France, and share our views and policies.

Even if you decide not to wait, please tell us, and feel free to submit again your project later at the future new Savannah.

<Your Name>

You certainly noticed I mentioned Gna! (also in Cc:).
While Bradley told the previous Savannah hackers team that officially 'blessing' Gna! required a talk with the FSF Board of Directors, I would like to point we have been waiting for this decision for months, that I did not receive any order not to mention them, that I do not feel concerned in the case of an individual mail (not displayed on the homepage), and last, that I prefer mentionning Gna! so that people do not go the SF or Alioth, that are far more distant from our views and policies.

Suggestions/revisions welcome,
