Right, and that link says it should be working now, and if isn't I should
report it using 'Get support'. Which is what I did... Is everything still
down? Or which news entry is correct?

Developer web CVS is offline for all projects, while we rework our user & group
accounting programs. We hope to have it back online ASAP
