Details:

there doesn't seem to be any way to get from the mailing list archive pages
back to the mailing list info page... this makes it difficult for people to
subscribe if they come to the page via a search. 

e.g  a page like
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-gsl/2005-06/msg00016.html

ought to have a link to http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/help-gsl
