Details:

Could you please transfer control of <ftp://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs/> to the
CVS project, or delete this directory and update links to point to the
Savannah download pages for the CVS project (we can update some links if you
transfer control of web pages via support #104452)?  The files in that ftp
directory are very out of date.
