Follow-up Comment #10, sr #104773 (project administration):
Hmm, note that there was no plan to offer ftp.gnu.org access to GNU
translation teams. Translation teams settings are being designed, and that
project gets late (we need some changes done by the FSF sysadmins, I moved
and was more or less unreachable for 2 weeks, etc.)
Things will get cleaner hopefully soon.
