Details:


The mailing list passwords for dotgnu-pnet-commits has
been lost. Can it be reset (I am a project admin).

Also could the CVS system send mails from noreply@ 
with just the user's name (and not the real email 
address). That way I can setup the system to not
accept the spam that has been polluting the list.

Technically I want that list made into a post-by
cvs only.
