[Savannah-help-public] GNU help wanted (again)

Dear Loic and all,

We've discussed the possibility of having a "GNU help wanted" list on
savannah in the past (more than once).  It's come up again and rms said
he would like to make it a higher priority.  (Cc'ing rms so he can
confirm.)

It would seem to amount to a filter on http://savannah.gnu.org/people/
for just the GNU projects, plus http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/tasklist.
Are there architectural difficulties?  On the face of it, this does not
seem like a complex query.

I regret that I cannot undertake to implement it myself (despite your
giving me access, which I continue to appreciate).  Learning the ins and
outs of programming with this is just not something I can take on now.
