Details:

PSPP recently switched from CVS to Git and, thus, we don't yet have email for
Git commits set up.  I'd like to have these enabled, to be sent to the
pspp-commits mailing list.  Ideally the emails would include both the metadata
for the commit (author, log message, etc.) and the actual patch.
