Details:

Would it be possible to improve the way 
"mandatory field missing" is signaled to the user.

It's not unusual and very anoying to fill-in a bug report
or any tracker item then push the submit button and
discover that you miss some mandatory field.

Savane signaled this with a message and take you back
to ** a blank tracker form ** and you lost your
20 lines written explanation alltogether...

Would it be possible to find a way to signal the error
AND KEEP the ALREADY filled-in fields?
