Follow-up Comment #2, sr #107745 (project administration):

Sorry, there is a dearth of active volunteers working on savannah
right now so everything is going begging.

So you are running exactly
svn co svn+ssh://address@hidden/win7trans
?

Unfortunately, I don't see any evident reason why that would not work.  I
added myself to win7trans as a test and was able to check out the svn repo.

To garner more information, you could run
ssh -vvv address@hidden

Of course it will not succeed, but perhaps the debugging output will tell
you/us something.  For example, that the key negotiating is failing, which
would produce that failure message.
