Details:

There are two homepage links at https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/libiconv/
(in the menu, and in the "Quick Overview" section). Both are wrong: They point
to http://www.gnu.org/libiconv/ but they should really point to
https://www.gnu.org/software/libiconv/ - like for other projects such as
gettext.
