[sr #110999] Remove no longer used additional libidn/libidn2.git repository

Follow-up Comment #3, sr#110999 (group administration):

Thank you -- I have removed all the files and added a README now.

The link to the libidn2.git repository is still available under the "Source
code" menu on the project homepage though:

https://savannah.gnu.org/git/admin/?group=libidn

It would be nice to hide the link as it is likely to confuse users.  Archivist
who wants to find the retrieve history should be able to locate it via cgit
anyway.
