The Gnulib project webpages (https://www.gnu.org/software/gnulib/) contain,
among other things, the Gnulib manual. It is checked into CVS (Root =
cvs.savannah.gnu.org:/web/gnulib, Repository = gnulib) and has not changed
since 2024-07-01.
Since today (or maybe yesterday) an access to the Table of Contents page of
the manual, https://www.gnu.org/software/gnulib/manual/html_node/index.html,
responds with

This is seen with at least two different browsers.
Other pages of the Gnulib manual can be accessed without problems.
