  oZ is 'a wicked cOntent organiZer'

It is meant as GPL code.

It is a CGI program (written in perl) to help organize contents, for people
who does not want to rely on database data, but prefers web site management
based on filesystem (e.g.: to mix already existing web content with a content
management system). 
Includes code for intelligent auto-RSS syndicating content.
(and yeah, RSS small icons are png rather than GIFs :)

It is also meant as a commandline-diary-to-web-content tool, and will provide
a client-side content-management interface.

When it will be reasonably stable, It'll be completely rewritten  in C.
