It's okay for us, so I have approved your project as non-GNU.

You will receive an automated e-mail containing detailed information about
the approval.

If you would like to offer your project to the GNU project,
please contact the GNU Eval team, following the instructions at
http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html .




But please notice, it's NOT necessary to include the WHOLE license into a
README file, if some files cannot carry such notices - like .png or binary
files.
It's enough to write the /whole/ lincense+copyright notices down. Should
mean, like you always did it in your source code:

"Gship is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify....Foundation,
Inc., 51 Franklin St, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA  02110-1301  USA"


And for the .sql files, you can (like you did) include the notices into it,
there is no need to write there a README file.
