  Vidriolib is a C++ class library to develop user interfaces under the X
Window system, based primarily in xlib and the C++ standard library and the
less dependencies of other packages as possible (actually only Xft and utf8
support in xlib are required).

The current version is available at: (page in spanish with a short description) (source packages)

The packages in the site are:
vidriolib - The library
vidrioclock - A clock program with some eye candy
vidrioterm - A terminal emulator
vidriolibsamples - Several test programs
pyvidrio - A wrapper to use some vidriolib class from Python. Not very
complete for the moment, a proof of concept.

Other Software Required:
  Python is required only to build and use the pyvidrio wrapper. Freetype can
be required by the Xft implementation used.
