Firstly, I am sorry for the delay in my reply.

In order to properly comply with the GNU GPL, you should distribute the
source code for your dependencies. If you are going to provide the binaries
on Savannah, then you should provide the source code too. 

Please note that it would be perfectly fine for you to have two download
packages, a binaries only one and one containing the source. That way a user
doesn't need to get the source code unless they want to. I hope that makes

As part of providing the source code for your dependencies, you should ensure
that the code meets the same requirements for license headers and copyright
statements. Additionally, you should include any extra COPYING.LGPL, etc
files that are required. Currently your README files point to a non-exisitant
license file for your dependencies. If you need to add any license headers to
the files in your dependencies, you must attribute the correct copyright

Please let me know if any of that is unclear.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us
with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will
reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
