I want to host the LaTeX source for my book "TeX by Topic" (see
http://www.eijkhout.net/tbt/) which until now is only available as
downloadable pdf. TbT is a book about the TeX programming language proper,
rather than the popular LaTeX macro package. The book was published by
Addison-Wesley in 1991, but has been out of print for a while and the rights
have referred to me. For the last number of years I've made a pdf version
available for download, but I want to make the source publically available.

At the moment the source is not available online. Total requirements will be
a few megabytes.

(This project is very much like "TeX for the Impatient" which is hosted here;
you can ask Karl about my book; he's familiar with it.)

This book requires the TeX text processor, and the LaTeX macro package. These
are normally included in Linux (and other Unix-like) distributions.
