Follow-up Comment #2, task #8384 (project administration):

Hi,

There's a few issues with your project submission:

1. Your package is missing a full-text verbatim copy of GNU General Public
License.  Please add it in a file conventionally named `COPYING' at the top
directory.

2. Your source and header files are missing copyright and license headers. 
These blocks of text are required in order to release the project under the
GPL properly.  You can find information on how to apply the license to your
project in the license text under the corresponding section:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt

3. You've selected "Official GNU software" as the project type.  Please refer
to this page for details on how to become an official GNU package:
http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html
The project can be approved as non-GNU, though.

4. We'd appreciate a bit more detailed technical description of your project.

If you are willing to make these changes, please provide us with an updated
version of your project.
