under unix systems and has been coded with PHP. Tesla is multilingual. Now
that is version 1.0. Difference from other similar softwares; the software can
use a function simultaneous on all servers and the biggest difference this is
free software. Tesla is a component of which is just on being developed 
webhost billing system. While we are developing this webhost billing system
project, simultaneous we are developing tesla tool.

This software is free.
