I reviewed the submission and didn't found much to complain except for the
code file. The Savannah team objects to the name "Linux" when talking about
the complete operating system, for reasons elaborated here: 
http://www.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-linux-faq.html

If you are willing to change it, Savannah can host your project.
