   Hello Thi -- thanks for submitting the long-overdue project for
   RCS.  I approved it.  Please let us know if any problems.

Cool.  I look forward to uploading a git repo in the next week.
(I note that the other (Savannah-generated) email mentions CVS
repo -- is that something i should be concerned about?)

It will have RCS 4.3, 5.5, 5.6, 5.6.0.1, and 5.7, all from the
(original) purdue.edu site.  I have verified that 5.7 from there
and the one from GNU ftp site are identical (in content -- purdue
is .Z, while GNU is .gz).  Since 4.3 was released under GPL (v1!),
i don't think there is any problem including it in the repo.

   Regarding your comments on the submission form, I'll see if I
   can make the text box bigger.

It's no big deal.

   The media files question, well, I guess it's true even in the
   case of 0 such files :).  Meanwhile, it's another place where
   people might stop and read, which is only a help, it turns out.
