kokla is a small AES 256 bit encryption tool written in C. Additionally it
can be built with a front end which is written in C++ using Qt framework.
kokla's features include, file encryption, message encryption and conversion
to base 64. One additional feature is the ability to encrypt the contents of
folders recursively.
