Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah, I
noticed a few problems:

*I'm unable to recognize the format nor content of the *.go files.
 Could you please provide more information at this point?.

*Some non trivial files don't carry the copyright & licensing
 information.  All copyrightable files (By thumb rule, those above 10
 lines long) must carry the propper copyright & licensing information.
 Please add it.

*The name of the directory inside the tarball ("php") is too generic.
 I advice you use the name of the software and a version identifier,
 as "guile-php-20100413".  This is not a requirement but is heavily
 encouraged for the sake of the users.

*Some files claims than the FSF owns the copyright of them.  Are those
 files verbatim from a GNU package?.  If not, please add the propper
 person in the copyright holders list or (In the case he don't want to
 have copyright for those file) ask him to send written copyright
 disclamer to the Free Software Foundation snail-mail 

Please fix all this issues and upload and updated tarball.  Let me
know if some point is not clear.
