* Name: *CorePKG*
* System Name:  *corepkg*
* Type: non-GNU software & documentation
* License: GNU General Public License v2 or later (Josh licensed this under
*all* versions of the GPL, including the documentation. GPLv2+ seemed the
best version to comply with his wishes for a publically maintained release.)

==== Description: ====
CorePKG is the old Core Distro package manager. I have taken over
maintainership from the original author, Josh Devin, who has graciously
released it as GPLv2+. I have since been adding features, and rewriting the
documentation, to modernize it while still keeping it simple. It is now used
as the sGOS (sinuhe's GNU Operating System) package manager.

==== Other Software Required: ====
Depends on Bash, Coreutils, and POSIX versions of Grep, Sed, and AWK.

==== Other Comments: ====
I'm a GNU developer and known by the guys at the FSF office.
