Hi,

Thank you for your submission, but there are some problems with it:
 - Your project doesn't have a description (at least none I can understand)
 - Your source file does not contain a valid copyright and license header
 - On your source file is no own work done, it is only a template of an
editing tool.
 - You specified "Official GNU Software" - I didn't ask the responsible
mailing list, but I can't imagine they'd approve a project a) without a
description, b) without license headers, c) which is only a template.

Therefore I'm closing this for now. If this is meant to be a serious
submission, please fix the problems and resubmit it.
